Color Stories

Since my earliest development as an artist, I have been fascinated with color. I often start intuitively with a few colors before I know what will come alive on my canvas.

These color stories are both abstract and surreal and involve magical landscapes and sometimes creatures driven by color combinations and geometric shapes that run off the picture plane.

Colors elicit different feelings and moods and I hope the viewer will resonate with works of their choice and perhaps find a home for one of my color stories - acrylic paintings on canvas that range in sizes from 16x20 to 24x30. All canvases are varnished for protection of the art over time.
